Privacy Notice

Rekarta is operated by PT Mau Solusi Kreatif ("we"), in Indonesia. Contact: [email protected]. Rekarta is an invite-only alpha, so things can change, and we may delete test data.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, your display name, and which workspaces you belong to.
  • Your work: projects and their revisions, files you upload, your brand kit, chat messages in the dashboard, and the previews and renders we make from them.
  • Usage and logs: counts of projects and renders (for usage limits), sign-in events, and server logs with technical details such as IP address and request paths.

We do not collect payment details (there is no billing in the alpha) and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, store and render your projects, show review history, enforce usage limits, keep the service secure and fix bugs. We do not sell your data.

Who else handles it

  • Hetzner (Falkenstein, Germany) hosts our main server.
  • Cloudflare carries traffic to our server over HTTPS and sees requests in transit.
  • Resend delivers sign-in emails, so it sees your email address and the message.
  • Modal renders motion videos; the project data needed for a render is sent there.
  • AI providers: when you use Rekarta through Claude, your prompts and the project content Claude reads or writes are handled by Claude under your own Anthropic account and terms. The assistant built into the dashboard uses a third-party AI model provider that we choose and may change.
  • A separate server we control, in Indonesia, holds encrypted backups.

Rekarta does not train AI models on your content. The providers above process it under their own terms, which we do not control.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

  • Traffic uses HTTPS. Backup copies sent to the second server are encrypted, and the key is not kept on our servers.
  • The live database and uploaded files on the main server are not encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who operate Rekarta.
  • People who operate Rekarta can technically read project content. We do so only to run, secure or support the service, or when you ask.

How long we keep it

Projects stay until you ask us to remove them. Archiving hides a project but does not erase it. Backups are kept for up to 30 days, so a deleted project can remain in a backup for that long.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes

We will tell alpha users about material changes by email.
