Terms of Use

By using Rekarta you agree to these terms. Rekarta is operated by PT Mau Solusi Kreatif ("we"), in Indonesia.

Alpha, as is

Rekarta is an invite-only alpha, provided as is, without a service level or warranty. It may be slow, change, lose features or go offline, and we may reset or delete data. Do not rely on it as the only copy of important work: export what matters.

Your account

Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in email secure, do not share access, and tell us if you think someone else used your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process, preview and render it, and to pass it to the providers named in the Privacy Notice, only to run Rekarta for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload (images, fonts, text, logos).

AI-assisted output

Rekarta works with AI assistants such as Claude. Their output can be wrong, repetitive or similar to other output, and you are responsible for checking it before you use it. Changes an assistant makes after the first save of a project wait for your approval in Review.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rekarta to break the law, infringe others' rights, create harmful or deceptive content, attack or overload the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or get around usage limits. We may suspend access for misuse.

Limits

There are limits on projects and renders, and we may change them. Archiving a project does not delete it.

Ending

You can stop using Rekarta and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end or suspend access, with notice where reasonable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for data loss during the alpha.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell alpha users by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
